Betsy Saunders

Betsy Saunders is a retired librarian from the Baltimore County Public Library where she served 15 years as an Information librarian. She is not a native Marylander, having been born and educated on Long Island, but she has been living in Baltimore for the past 35 years. She is the mother of three children and the grandmother of five, all of which keep her busy in retirement.

Betsy has been a member of Friends of LBPH for the last 8 years and was introduced to the organization by Estelle Williamson. In addition to the Friends meetings, she is also volunteering her time on Wednesday mornings at LBPH helping out on the Information desk.
