Henry Heller

He is a native of Washington, D.C. and attended Montgomery College, A.A.; Frostburg State College, B.S. and Virginia Tech, M.A., Ed.D. He is an Adjunct Professor at University of Maryland University College, and a retired Special Education Administrator. He is married and has two children.

Henry represents Montgomery County as a Democrat in the Maryland House of Delegates. His positions there include: Member, Appropriations Committee (Member, Capital Budget Subcommittee; Vice Chair, Education and Economic Development Subcommittee; Member, Oversight Committee on Pensions). He serves as House Chair, Joint Committee on Federal Relations; House Chair, Joint Committee on the Management of Public Funds and as a Member, Special Joint Committee on Pensions.
